Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your results, email us from the address you purchased with and we'll refund you — no questions asked. For purchases made through the iOS app, refunds are handled by Apple; we can point you to the right place if you get stuck.

Privacy & account deletion

You can delete your account — including your photos and all data — anytime from Settings, both in the iOS app and on the web. Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” and we'll handle it. Photos are automatically deleted after 14 days regardless — see the Privacy Policy for details.
